1. Nature of the Ghostwriting Service
The Unsaid Room provides bespoke poetic ghostwriting services authored by Galen Ray. All commissions are customized individually based on the conversations, memories, and instructions you provide directly through WhatsApp.
2. Indicative Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices mentioned on this website (such as ₹349, ₹699, or ₹1,299) are indicative starting estimates, not fixed legal quotes. The final agreed price is discussed and confirmed personally on WhatsApp before writing begins.
Payment is typically settled via direct Indian payment rails (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or Bank Transfer) as arranged in your WhatsApp conversation.
3. Deliverables, Turnaround & Collaborative Revisions
The poem's length, final delivery format, any typography card or print-ready files, and the number of revision rounds are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment. Package descriptions are starting scopes rather than automatic promises of every format.
Your expected delivery date and any rush arrangements will be confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before work begins. No fixed turnaround is guaranteed by this website.
Revision requests are discussed through WhatsApp, with the agreed revision scope confirmed before payment.
4. Creative Rights & Agreed Usage
Personal gifting, attribution, reproduction, commercial use, and any exclusive or copyright-assignment requests must be specified and agreed in writing before payment. This website alone does not grant an exclusive license or transfer copyright.
We do not publish identifiable customer stories, private messages, or commissioned poems in a public portfolio without the customer's explicit permission. Your WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp, and any use of external creative tools involving your private information will be discussed beforehand.
5. Payment Timing & Cancellation Policy
Payment method, deposit or advance, scope, delivery timing, revision allowances, and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before work begins.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the terms mutually agreed before payment, the work actually performed, and applicable consumer-protection requirements. No blanket no-refunds rule is imposed by this website.
6. Discretion & Ethical Boundaries
We do not publicly publish customer names, stories, messages, or commissioned poems without explicit permission. WhatsApp and any agreed third-party creative services have their own data practices; please avoid sharing details you are not comfortable sending through those services.
Galen Ray reserves the right to decline any commission request involving hate speech, harassment, defamation, or non-consensual sharing of intimate private data. We write in service of honest human emotion, love, grief, and grace.
