1. The Core Promise: No Story Database
The Unsaid Room does not operate a user database, customer accounts, or backend storage for personal stories. When you use our guided inquiry wizard, your answers exist purely in your browser session memory. They are never transmitted to our servers or saved to localStorage.
2. How WhatsApp Handles Your Conversations
When you click any inquiry button on this website, your browser or device opens the official WhatsApp application with a pre-filled text draft. You have complete control over whether to edit or send that message.
Once sent, your messages, voice notes, and details are governed by WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption and Meta’s privacy policy. The Unsaid Room website does not intercept, read, or track those messages.
3. Web Hosting & Technical Logs
Like other static websites hosted on modern infrastructure (including Cloudflare Pages), our hosting provider may collect standard server request logs (including IP addresses, browser user-agents, and timestamp) solely for routing, DDoS protection, and security. We do not sell, rent, or monetize technical logs.
4. Confidentiality of Commissioned Works
We do not post customer stories, private messages, or commissioned poems publicly without explicit permission. WhatsApp processes the messages you choose to send under its own terms. If external writing tools would process identifying details from your story, we will discuss that with you first. No internet service can guarantee absolute confidentiality.
